Microwave 1-2 minutes for heat or Freeze for cold therapy. Smells neutral like baked bread- lasts 10+ years (keep dry). No scents added. Large Cozies (9" W x21"L)can retain heat for up to 2+hours (longer under your bed covers/blanket) Small Cozies (9"W x 10"L) retain heat up to 1 hour.
